Kate's First Plane Trip

Kate had her first plane trip last week. On Wednesday we travelled to Richmond, Va to see our new cousin Braeden. Kate did well on the plane (thank goodness)! We will put some pics up soon.

One thing my dearest failed to mention was that we do not have our roof up yet either... But I, as project foreman, must take responsibility for that because I have not ordered the remaining supplies. Hopefully we will wrap everything up this weekend, and if not Gabe can finish it up while Kate and I are in Virginia next week.

In other news, Kate started her first day of nursery school today. I was scrambling around trying to get "blue forms" and labeling everything with "Kate"... basically running around like a chicken with my head cut off. But she made it, with her school supplies, and with very few tears so I was glad.

All we lack is the last 3 rail sections, few deck boards, and the hand rails...

New Deck!!!!!

Here is our new deck which is almost complete.. I would like to thank everyone who helped build it this past weekend. It should be complete sometime this week.....
